First 3 Months

After 3 Months

  • Assistance with CCMA and labour-related matters
  • Assistance with issuing summons in the Small Claims Court
  • Free consultations with a lawyer appointed by One Legal
  • Free drafting of wills and other legally binding agreements
  • Full benefits apply to the member, their spouse, and registered children under the age of 18
  • Handling of disputes between a member and a third party by appropriately qualified personnel
  • Revision and amendment of wills and other legally binding agreements

After 18 Months

  • Custody and guardianship disputes
  • Divorce actions litigation between ex-spouses
  • Rights of access to children
  • Admission of guilt
  • Continued action despite legal advice
  • Divorce within the first 18 months
  • Executor services (estate law and deceased estates)
  • Occurrences or events prior to three (3) months' membership
